You like a plan

You cherish a checkbox, and a Trello board makes you go weak at the knees

Your idea of the perfect Sunday evening is to plot the week ahead

And on the days when you stick to the plan, it's FANTASTIC!

But what happens on the other days?

        The days when you…

  • Get distracted by a brand new idea
  • Lose heart when you realise how much work there REALLY is to do
  • Get busy with louder (and shoutier!) priorities
  • Decide more research is needed before you can possibly go ahead
  • Wonder what on earth happened to the plan!
  • Wonder what on earth you are doing trying to pursue these grand ideas anyway
  • Wonder WHY on earth you can’t be like everyone else and just be satisfied with a glass of wine and a dose of Netflix instead of trying to change the world!

For those of us who need structure in our lives, it’s easy to see ‘The Plan’ as the answer to everything.

But unfortunately when the plan doesn’t actually GO to plan, we are prone to falling apart. We beat ourselves up, give up on whatever dream we are pursuing (or doggedly stick to it even though it might be wrong for us), and avoid new challenges, fearing it will all end the same way it has in the past – pretty much going nowhere.

The truth is, the plan is only part of the story. Making sure the right stuff is ON the plan, understanding why you might actually resist your beautiful road map and untangling the stories you twist yourself up in are all crucial to finally doing what you were put on this earth to do! Having a plan is a great start, but having the strategy that goes WITH that plan is what will result in you genuinely moving forward in the direction that is right for you.

"I tried different approaches with Suzi, and as a result was able to clarify and engage with the things I want to in my life more than before. I achieved goals and changes faster and more easily than I would ever have thought I could, and this was a great learning for me. In our last session I was astonished by the progress she pointed out to me!"

I work best with people who are finally ready to untangle that mess of unfinished business in their brain, so they can tease out a couple of key strands and create a strategy that will see them moving forward on what they want to do next.

Whether its starting your own shoe factory, improving work/life balance or just finding a better way to make it through the day, I will help you develop a clear strategy to get there. And when things get tough (as they almost always do!) I’ll be there to help you figure out the blockage, AND be by your side to dismantle it – one brick at a time.

"Suzi was brilliant. They say things happen for reason. I stumbled across an opportunity to work with Suzi unexpectedly and she helped me cross one of the hardest crossroads in my life. I look forward to sharing the news of where my journey goes next!"

"Suzi is a fantastic coach, she does not just listen, she totally engages with you. I found that on occasion I struggled to come up with an answer and Suzi would just add one little comment and suddenly my thought process flowed again. Always positive, encouraging yet totally honest she pushed and prodded to make me really listen to what was going on inside of me, and to dig deep when I struggled to come up with answers"
